Someone took moral responsibility
Someone listened to his conscience
Someone was put under pressure
They all quit

It’s finally over.
Nearly 60 hours of an ordeal that will go down in the history of our country as one of the most trying. A monument left in shambles, more than 160 casualties, close to 400 injured, souls scarred.
As I watched the last encounter taking place glued to my television mixed emotions prevailed, happiness that [...]

I asked for a room with a view – they obliged

I checked the room and the view in the still of the night - was happy

The IPL or Indian Premier League for T20 is done and over with yet the hangover is still not gone. Evenings that for once were not about the K factor seem to have gone back to soap and reality shows. I must compliment the BCCI especially Lalit Modi whose brainchild IPL was for making such a [...]

I was born with the proverbial Silver Spoon under the watchful eye of my master, Or should I rather say I made that into a Golden Spoon. I outdid what my master taught me and came back with honors the first time over, beating my master at the same tricks he taught me. I collected [...]

Yesterday, I met up with my niece who is 4 years old. Her parents often complained that she doesn’t eat well etc. Being this uncle trying to tell her to eat well, I tried a bit of reverse psychology on her. I told her that she will not grow strong and big if she didn’t eat well. Pat [...]
