I asked for a room with a view – they obliged
I asked for a room on a higher floor – they obliged
I checked the room and the view in the still of the night - was happy
I checked the room and the view in the wee hours of the morning and look what I saw
The room with the view was with the view of the cemetary.
Maybe it’s a sign – maybe I’ll die someday.
You will definitely die. No brainer there. How ever in some cultures, a cemetery is considered a pious place. Walking in one is considered an act of love and affection for the dead. If you said eerie I would agree but I was asked to feel the experience in UK by some friends and I was actually in peace with myself after the experience.
of course! we all will – what were you thinking? focus on living and getting more business.
I agree with det-res, we all die someday. As long as you choose not to jump out of the window I am pretty confident you won’t find yourself joining those souls in that cemetery.
Think of it as a window on life allowing you the chance to look out at others that have gone before you and think about what mark you will have made on the world when someone is looking out of a hotel window across your graveyard, whether they are a couple of floors higher up or were happy enough to take the first room they were offered.
R,
